Don't you have to go out of your way to say that Japanese cherry tea and food are not good? I don't think it's right to make a big deal out of the fact that the people at the accommodations did their best to make the food, but just because it didn't suit your taste buds, you were served something terrible. @@kewpie6024 🤣 That's what you took away? Sounds kind of prejudiced against Koreans. They didn't like the tea, but the whole video is of them loving Lake Hakone and thinking it was so strikingly beautiful that Howl's moving castle could be in the distance. It makes me want to go there. I didn't like that they mentioned not liking the tea; I don't think it was quite proper. But, to call them prejudiced against all of Japan because they didn't like a very specific tea, is a bit of a stretch 😅 EDIT - If it makes you feel a bit better, Felix made an even worse face when he tried coffee. I think he has a childish taste in food and drink 😉

I feel like Lee Know would’ve been perfectly happy and fine exploring Japan by himself but since Hyunjin was already going on a solo thing, he chose to stick with Felix who always wants to do things together. Our mountain lion taking care of our kitten like when they had to go through the haunted art room together. 🥺💕

@@JA-eq7yg the kids aren't always together, they spend time one with the other or three of them, like any other group of friends. On top of that they work doing promotions too, so they travel in small groups. Most likely this was them just chilling on a weekend while the other's were doing something else

@@JA-eq7yg I know all of them went to Japan for concert and I think Danceracha stayed behind for a mini vacation while the others went back to Korea but there’s rumors that Danceracha also was collaborating on something and that’s why they stayed behind too. Hyunjin stayed in Ueno to look at museums while MinLix went to Hakone

Felix really is the sweetest. He didn't like the tea and still tried to drink it because they prepared it for them. And Lee Know really is so soft with Felix. He was just going along with whatever Lixie said 🥺🥺🥺 When Lixie wanted to go on the ride and asked if Lee Kow could go, he said he'd just close his eyes. Nyangnyangracha has a special place in my heart 🥰😫

@@kewpie6024 I cannot speak for them but in my opinion that's not what they did. Felix never said it tasted bad but he indicated that he didn't like it and Lee Know simply stated what it was just in case persons wanted to know what it was so they wouldn't try it. Some people are picky eaters and they prefer getting recommendations. And aside from that incident they mostly talked about how good the food was overall. They never outright stated that anything was bad or terrible, so I don't find they disrespected Japanese culture. So while I can understand where your view came from and I acknowledge your opinions, I hope you'd do the same about their opinions and mine.

You are insulting the good intentions and culture of Japan when you are offering something that is meant to please your customers. But please do not disregard all their efforts to highlight the food and sights that they enjoyed. Also can you stop bringing up Hyunjin. While I understand he was also in Japan and he did praise the food he ate and the sights he saw, I find it unnecessary to constantly keep comparing them to each other considering this is Minlix's vlog. It's coming across like a solo stan trying to downplay the other members. If you want to continue being this harsh for people just being honest about their likes and dislikes kindly take your comments from below my comment. Some of the food wasn't even good and I left some uneaten." Wouldn't you feel bad if your family's customs and what you think is good for your family were trampled on, maligned, and insulted in this way? Insulting a country's culture with just a few minutes of footage from a trip abroad is the worst and most vicious thing you can do. Even if the cuisine of a country is not to your liking, it is not something to be spoken lightly in public.

@@kewpie6024 I was surprised that he openly admitted to not liking the food but I think that makes him real. We have to realize they're real human beings and shouldn't be expected to lie about liking something he didn't like just to keep up an image. He wasn't rude to the staff and even looked like he tried to spare their feelings by not reacting. He also doesn't like Chipotle which I could tell by his reaction when he tried that. Everyone has unique taste buds. They still recommended the place and said they enjoyed their time. He wasn't mocking the culture at all. Not everything met his personal taste buds. Try and think of it this way as he really did nothing to disrespect the culture.

@@kewpie6024 well he loves the pudding and went live on Vlive raving about all the Japanese snacks he loves multiple days when he was there. He even ate them in front of us and recommended we buy them and try them when we get there. He also raved about the sights, culture, media, and other types of food dishes he enjoys. I understand how your feelings can be hurt because there's a lot of views I'm not trying to undermine your feelings. I just think he's a young 20-something year old man with a camera always in his face. He's an imperfect human being and is bound to do something somebody doesn't like. I really don't think he meant any harm. He probably thought it was okay to be honest because the fans all know he means well. I would rather him be honest than be the type of idol that is fake in front of the cameras and rude when they're off. I think it's brave to be so honest when you're in the spotlight. And again he doesn't have to like everything and should be okay for something to not taste good to him...

They were filmed making horrible faces while describing the tea offered to them by the accommodations as tasteless, asking if they were being punished, scoffing at the idea that they should try it, and going out of their way to make remarks about the unpalatable food offered to them for their hospitality, leaving their words and actions on film. The people who worked so hard to prepare and take care of these people will be hurt when they later see this video of themselves being insulted by the world. It seems to me that they are trying to create an impression of the country by deliberately spreading bad words that should never have been uttered on the spot. Even if a country's diet and culture do not suit your palate, you should not dismiss it so easily and carelessly. You should accept the customs and history of the country, even if only on the surface.

Fav moment: 13:16 Lee Know slapping Felix butt in a crowded place full of strangers. And Felix saying "you mustn't". Like Felix did know it was not the moment nor the place, but I love that LK didn't care about it, he just stopped bc Felix told him so
