I.N worked so hard for this performance, and it really shouldn’t go unrecognized. singing out of your range is super hard, but even with his vocal crack it sounded intentional and fit the song so well; I’m just so sorry that he felt so awful about it, when he gave so many of us goosebumps with his performance. Yes, i also found that IN's voice crack is much more fitting and sounded more beautiful. It sounded more dramatic like he felt sorry and like crying. He did very well.

I would love to see this sheet music. I don’t think people realize that Jisung’s iconic high notes are in the 4th and 5th octaves aka the treble clef. He starts at d#(4) and goes all the way to c#(5) that’s literally insane. I’ve seen so many antis shit on him for looking like he’s straining to sing that part but they don’t realize how difficult that is and he pulled it off like a fucking boss. I will never shut up about this performance

Yeah, I started singing along just to see how high that was, and sat there in shock. That's so freaking high! That's the equivalent of a lady singing Christine Daae's high note in Phantom of the Opera. First soprano shit.

He had vocal nodules or as most english vocalists refer to them as “nodes” basically from overusing your vocal chords you can get lumps that literally can limit your range. Sometimes they can go away on their own but most of the time surgical intervention is the only way. The fact that he sung that high in general is impressive but WITH NODES???? Crazy good. I wonder honestly how high his range went when he didnt have nodes. (After they are taken out, you loose alot of range. Sometimes you can retrain your voice but not very often)

they are all amazing, but this performance really highlighted Han, Changbin, and Seungmin's ability. i actually really like this show bcs kingdom really showcased their talents. And also i'm always mindblown so many times watching Han Jisung perform this, like how does a main rapper does that? How is he so good in everything he puts his heart to? Han is extraordinarily talented, he deserves more recognition...

Why does no one ever talk about Chan’s high note right after Han and Seungmin’s (WILDLY Impressive) high note harmony? Like 8:24, Chan is so talented it’s unreal and he never gives lines to himself to really prove it. I’m not taking anything from Han he truly is a force in 4th Gen kpop. But Chan can SING and rarely does because he understands music to a point I know I personally never will so he makes sure to use members who can consistently pull the notes he’s asking them to pull. Just… AHHH

Chan got criticised for this by JYP in their performances in the pre-debut TV show - that he isn't selfish enough about the limelight, that he needs to make his time in the centre more about him. But despite that criticism he's always been and continues to be humble, more about helping other members shine, and taking a more supportive role, for all that he's an incredible singer and rapper himself. Even in the Mayfly rap song on Kingdom, he had the least lines and screen time. I was really happy to see him take the leader/alpha role in Wolfgang. But he said he dieted and dehydrated for it, and didn't seem to feel good about the performance, so perhaps he really is just happiest supporting the others on stage. As a Bang Chan stan I am sad we don't get to have more of his incredible singing talent, but I can only hope this is how he likes it best.

Vocal nodules are not the same as a sore throat. Vocal nodules come from pushing your limits and a lot of persistent perfecionists could trim off their vocal range by misusing their voice. It happened to me and I can't sing as high anymore and it also made me deep down feel sad. Kind of like how Jisung was feeling at 13:06 . He can still sing very high even with vocal nodules but he has sung much higher before. He sang tears in a female key before. Maybe the vocal nodules prevent him from singing that high.

Nodes are NOT like having a sore throat. The fact that he could even SPEAK with nodes is impressive and speaks to his high commitment level. Wholey as a singer, having nodes is literally my worst nightmare 😢

The facts that they execute things so well- The 3Racha's connectivity is on a diff level.... Chan just suggested about the single piano key and the 2 could already imagine what he meant... Then them writing the extra lyrics is always in their own space... And the others don't try to trample or be envious of each other ... Rather they are always positive and supporting. The other guys keep adding their thoughts which are well accepted and they always try to make the environment less stressful. Hope they get stronger and share with us not only their happy times but also pain and difficult times ❤️

Being stay is never bad choice, it's a big flex. STAYs are the luckiest fandom. This is not a popular opinion, this is a fact.

To be fair if I remember correctly they were the only group making a noticeable mistake, therefor it’s quite logic. Still annoying as hell, because the rest of the performance was beyond and I think the concept overthrown some of the other groups ones (respectfully). But at the end of the day all the struggle they went to paid off. ❤️✨

@@leanisastay3781 it’s like soreness around the throat/vocal area from overusing your voice. In this case, Jisung has been practicing a lot of the high notes so he’s been straining it, overusing it which leads to vocal exhaustion

I know right?! It makes me have more respect for him and love him more. I am a singer in school and I have been asked to sing quite high parts (even if I am a female and a soprano…) and it sucks when you sing but you think it is not good enough. I love how he knows not to talk, cherish his voice and take care of it. (I was drinking hot apple cider in the middle of June dude. To warm up my voice😂)

Aww I've been amazed by Han's vocals for so long and to know he is still trying his best singing, despite being a rapper and having vocal nodules, is really amazing. Han said he doesn't take vocal lessons anymore and hearing him talk about the nodules makes me wish he does. That's why those lessons are important. We know he can reach the notes but he has to do it the right way so he can continue singing for a long long time.
