i noticed this too, I'm so glad! I'm guessing cos Chan and felix grew up in Aus, where there's a lot of importance put on wearing your seat belt. I always always always wear one, even in the back seats of taxis in Korea where i had to almost break my hand to dig it out from under the seat. safety first!
