if theres one thing I hate about KZread comments, it's the psychoanalyzing psychos down here.

No one can "hide" their true personalities away because the people they interact with will always show you what kind of a person they really are. If any of the members were uncomfortable or afraid of Woojin there would still be signs in their body language, no one can hide how they react subconsciously to something or someone they don't like or feel comfortable around. Judging by how carefree and generally relaxed the members are around Woojin, he is a kind and gentle person. Don't comment like this without thinking about what the person you are commenting about must feel. Imagine it was you or someone you know that people kept talking like this about. How would you feel? Think before you post, please. I know this was long ago but I am a new Stay and I *still* see people talking bad about Woojin. It's just not right to him or Stray Kids. They may be adults but everyone has feelings and no one likes being falsely accused by people who don't even know them.

Apparently Jeongin and Hyunjin has something in common. They both was almost kidnapped 😕

They persuade you to enter that kind of cult activities it is actually a lot of that in korea mostly they are targetting foreigners, thats why if you have a chance to visit korea you are now aware of what scam is that and you can easily avoid it.

I came here 5 months after and still can see all those people making woojin's name look like a curse word and are actually make him look not even like a human. We don't know what's the truth so let's not talk about it this or that way. Idk how the rumour started but after it did a lot of people watched back old videos and noticed that whenever Woojin was around, Hyunjin "protected" Jeongin and kept him by his side and away from Woojin. I think it's really vague and we shouldn't really assume things, honestly I believe the sexual harassment claims because the amount of people who started telling their experiences but all this other stuff seems like people are just trying to prove Woojin is a terrible person. Just because he supposedly did bad things doesn't mean he hated the rest of Stray Kids, there's plenty of videos that are "proof" of him bullying but there's also plenty where he is comforting or having fun with everyone. People are more complicated than just being "bad" or "good" Edit: I wanted to add I'm not denying the new rumours either as some of them seem convincing to me, I just think it's a little odd how now that the rumours started everyone is jumping on the train and saying "look how noticeable this is!" Despite never noticing it before when they would've if it was that serious, but I have heard the Korean fans even before Woojin left the group had rumours surrounding him and it just never reached international fans so Idk

I don't think Woojin bullied anyone in the group but it's clear that he's not that close to the members except from Chan, if you watch all their two kids room you can see that he wasn't close to the kids before debut and after debut he opened up more and became a lil closer but he's still distant, it's probably just a personality thing

Well idk about that he seemed fairly close to all of them pretty much to me (and talkers/finding stray kids are much better places too see just how close they were imo). I think he just has a very low-key/calm personality and probably feels a little awkward being on camera but other than that I wouldnt really say he was "distant" at all

Guys leave woojin alone the issue was back in 2019 it's now 2022, GROW UP.

Please read if you are not up to date on the entire scandal from start to current day September : An anonymous tweet was posted stating the OP was sexually harassed in a bar by an idol. She didn't give the name of the bar of where it took place or a specific time of when it happened. She said she waited three whole months before getting the story out. Her hints were "former big 3 idol of a famous group, Woo". This led to people linking it to Woojin, who had left Stray Kids back in October of last year. Woojin comes out with a statement addressing the rumor and people believed he was guilty because he said it wasn't true. He also said he had recently found a company he liked and was getting ready for his solo debut, which tipped people off even more. So people started to trash his name and stuff and went along with believing this first victim. Then a second victim came out with a similar bar story, only this time using picture evidence with Woojin's clothing seemingly in the back. On the 8th, at least based off of what I remember, a company called 10x Entertainment created a Twitter and Instagram account and put its focus into confronting the second victim's story. People thought the company was fake because of how sudden it came out as well as the fact that it had a logo similar to the one international 10x had (this international 10x was a furniture store and they confirmed to not have any relations to Woojin). So no one intially believed the legitmacy. There was even a website that seemed hastily put together and wasn't professional, which also caused a lot to think it was fake. On the 12-16th, 10x was able to confirm that the second victim falsely accused Woojin of sexual harassment. The picture she used actually belonged to a Korean who went to a bar and saved that picture on his own Instagram. He even made a post saying he didn't know Woojin, but also didn't appreciate someone using his picture for a fake story. Second victim was sued, along with many others on September 24th. Woojin and 10x got in contact with the police with their attorney in order to shut down and find any other false accusers. September 25th, 10x's official website was created. September 29th, 10x's official KZread channel was created and their logo changed to the current one now. People were upset because 10x only took care of the second fake victim and supposedly others but never addressed the first victim. And this continued until the end of September and beginning of October. Eventually, due to the spam of hate comments and death threats, Woojin's instagram account was temporarily suspended. October : On October 4th, Woojin had an interview with SCMP about the rumors and scandal. Woojin stated he didn't take the whole thing seriously because he was aware of how frequently people post the most ridiculous things on Twitter. He admitted that he wasn't expecting backlash from his statement addressing the first set of harassment rumors and that he just wanted to explain the situation himself as well as update fans on his whereabouts. He also said that it was impossible to address the allegations of the very first victim because there was never a mentioned date, time, or specific bar in which the incident took place. He then says that he knew the second victim was fake as well due to the use of false, stolen photo evidence. In that same interview, it's stated that Korea's 10x entertainment was established on July 27th and there are government documents to prove its registration. Woojin signed his contract with them in August. The interview ends with him feeling upset that he ended up going through a scandal when he was preparing for his solo debut and hoping to see his fans soon. For the rest of October, people were still throwing hate his way, disliking his KZread video, and calling him names. November : This is not official, but from my perspective since I've been keeping tabs on the situation. I am going to be as unbiased as possible when explaining this. A few days ago, maybe between the 5th and 8th, a group of Twitter users were able to track down the first victim's tweet. It previously used to be a confessions account from a Day6 fan that was created and shared by a group of Brazilian girls. They all had hatred for Woojin because he left Stray Kids and thus sent out the first set of rumors about him. Each of them created fake stories that all pointed to Woojin, which spurred on the scandal even more. 10x hasn't said anything about this as yet and people, along with myself, are still waiting if the company will address it soon. Even though , I also believe we should defend victim first, the least the victim should do is give the basic details of the situation like exact date, location etc. which both victims could not provide (either way these were already debunked) That's the entire scandal from September to now. I left out the bullying rumors surrounding him and Stray Kids because they were *only created as a means to further hurt Woojin's image*. I will say this now. If Woojin really did bully or harm the members in any way, JYPE would have definitely made a statement about it and terminated his contract on their own terms. The company did this with an ex-produce trainee who had a history of bullying. A statement was made for the trainee and the company removed him from the dorm. JYPE has no problem addressing bullying. Since there was never a statement concerning Woojin and bullying during his time in Stray Kids, then there is no official confirmation or proof that he really bullied them. Also I feel like people are overanalyzing into their old interactions far too much. . Some of the so called "proof" I seen for his apparent bullying are just honestly outrageous. First let me get this one out of the way. Cause I hadno idea it was even a rumour until recently. I dont know if I should laugh because its so pathetic or cry for the mental state of the ppl who made them. ok. WOOJIN did not murder/was not plotting a murder of anyone from stray kids. (dw i know most of you would not have believed that but just had to add that in just in case since this fandom never fails to surprise me. Anyways on the vids of the interviews. Just because you are quiet and don't say anything during interview, does not mean you dislike the members or something is going on. Most of these were taken during English interviews and we all know Woojin wasn't super comfortable in speaking English. Also all the out of context videos of woojin pushing/hitting other members , and stray kids "protecting I.N from woojin".. honestly.. First of all i'm sure you can all agree that the only reason that you are noticing these things only now is because you are biased against him because of everything that has been going around about him lately. If these videos are a genuine proof of his bullying..(which I disagree with), the vids have been around for a long time, the group didn't from yesterday, where were you all then? Second of all, i'm sure you all realize that back when they were together, they spent a lot of time around each other so they were really close. Also they are just a group of boys so sometimes they play rough with each other, which is what we are misunderstanding to be bullying. If you look closely to their vids you can see they all act like that around each other. However if this is the criteria to be labelled a bully i'm sure we could each make 30 mins vid proving why each member is a bully. Which they are not. Once again, they were friends, and that was just how they played. Anyways i'm not saying Woojin did not 1000% bully anyone in his entire life, but what I am saying is we should not jump to conclusion by watching some poorly analyzed video made by a teenager(90% sure it is) because im sure you guys know much a person can suffer being cyberbullied (especially to the extent he is). I know where all of you guys are coming from though, I was also quick to jump on the hate wagon when I heard all the rumours , but then I pictured myself in his shoes. Imagine you were him, and suppose you were innocent, your once fans turning against you, all your attempts at defending yourself being twisted to make you appear worse. How do you think he felt when the people who once claimed to support him so easily gave in to what was an anonymous twitter post and went to sending him death threats? You don't have to support Woojin. Nobody is going to ask you to. But at least wait for a further official statement for either the "bullying" or sexual harassment issues. Till then we should all try to stay neutral and not inflict emotional harm to either side because we do not and will not ever know the full story until those directly involved make an OFFICIAL statement. It's long, but I hope it helps. ( this is not 100% mine, although I did add some of my thoughts as well) I found it as a comment on another video and felt it provided a much needed clarity to this issue

I really appreciate this and agree with you! I'm a new stay so I'm unbiased and this is quite well written! I just wanted to add, I've been seeing comments on the videos of "members protecting I.N. from Woojin" with people being like I always didn't like him-- now I know why or his vibes were just off. I think all these allegations give them a good reason to justify why they didn't like him (which may or may not be because he isn't conventionally attractive in comparison to the others) and I just I'm disgusted by people projecting their discomfort onto him like that. I suppose there isn't really a way to say for sure that he's innocent but the l can do is give him and his music career an unbiased view!

same, as a new stay, when I heard about this I was so confused because I couldn't find any concrete info. when I asked my stay friends they would reply by saying that they don't want to talk about it or that it made them uncomfortable or sad. I could understand them but i was just so lost, so this helped a lot, thank you

Thanks for that, I am rather new as well, but I was honestly baffled at the amount of hate he is still receiving. Now that I know the full story I find it even sadder. I watchted a lot of their old videos and there was like one time, so far, when I saw one member acting weird around him, but that's it. Basing your opinion on edited videos is never a good idea, by those measurements the whole kpop industry would probably be gay (because this ship is real and that ship is real). Just today I was watching a video where I thought, how easy it would be to say Felix was ignored and mistreated by members. There is one thing that kinda makes me angry, I never knew him and obviously I got into the band after he left, but I really hate the way people defend the accuser, this person actively tried to destroy someones life, dreams, hardwork and pretty much succeeded, seeing how he is still hated and shunned. I don't get how people can support such a person, if he had been mentally instable they could have easily been responsible for another lost life. Besides that people like them are the reason alot of real victims are not believed and have a hard time telling their story. I really don't get how people can be like that, playing with someones life like it's nothing. Sorry I am just so taken a back how easily people believe stuff on the internet and jump to conclusions and being down right vicious but then pretend they are fighting against bullying and toxic behaviour..yeah sure not like you are doing the same freaking thing. Ok sorry I stop now. Again thank you so much~

Like I always said, I will never believe that Woojin is a bully because Chan and the members with stronger personalities will never let that slide. Woojin just has that confident, older brother vibe to him which is why he never holds back when it comes to his younger members. I just think those toxic stays who like mothering their idols overreacted. Bullies are always found out if they did something in the past, but had there been allegations of him bullying anyone from his school days? A bully will always be a bully, but in this case, Woojin was the victim.

Hasta ahora no puedo creer que hayan desconfiado de cómo trataba a los miembros... se puede hacer un recopilación enorme en la que pueden ver que él de verdad los trataba bien y siempre sentí que Jeongin era el que más confianza le tenía, o sea siempre los sentí super cercanos a ellos dos. Y también sentí que a wj no le gustaba estar enfrente de las cámaras, hay videos enteros en donde solo se lo ve pasando de fondo o apenas y habla. Una de las opciones que puede que este totalmente equivocada, es que él no estaba emocional o mentalmente bien y que no queria ser una carga para el grupo, siendo el mayor de un grupo siempre se siente que tienes que ser ele ejemplo y estar bien para que los demás estén bien. Tal fez fue mucha carga y por eso decidió lo que decidió, claro solo podemos suponer muchas cosas pero nunca sabremos toda la verdad de lo que paso.

UPDATE ON THE WOOJIN CASE: He is cleared of all allegations from the first op, in the video, I will link below we have the identity of the op who turned out to be a Brazilian day 6 fan who made these allegations against Woojin with the intent to smear his reputation since she hated him since last year and had the help of her friends to do so. I'm sorry but everyone who cyberbullied or sent him death threats needs to apologize there was no need to take it that far especially with so little evidence in this case. This was the last credible allegation against Woojin and it just got debunked.
